Gumbo, a very popular Creole Dish handed down through five generations. This recipe is shared by two families; one of those families was mine. That to die for flavorful recipe was passed to me from my mother. We're family-owned and operated, moderately priced, and quintessentially New Orleans flavor, right down to the last drop.
